Shipping policy

1. Delivery of Goods

1.1. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address. If selecting store pickup, the order must be collected within 7 calendar days, or it will be canceled.

1.2. The Buyer must collect the Goods from the courier or parcel locker within the timeframe specified in a text message and/or an email by the logistics company handling the delivery. 

1.3. Delivery fees via Omniva parcel machine:

  • Latvia: 2.45 EUR
  • Lithuania: 4.55 EUR
  • Estonia: 5.65 EUR

Free delivery via parcel machine is available for orders over 65 EUR in Latvia and 95 EUR in Lithuania and Estonia.

       Delivery fees via Omniva courier:

  • Latvia: 6.45 EUR
  • Lithuania: 7.80 EUR
  • Estonia: 7.80 EUR

Free delivery via courier is available for orders over 110 EUR in Latvia and 120 EUR in Lithuania and Estonia.

1.4. http://www.mansdrebjuskapis.lv aims to deliver orders as quickly as possible.

1.4.1. When choosing the Omniva parcel machine as the delivery method, the Goods will be delivered to the Buyer's selected parcel locker within 5 business days after the order confirmation has been sent to the Buyer's email address. The Buyer will be informed about the arrival of the Goods at the parcel machine via a text message containing the door code, the location of the parcel machine, and the storage period. Parcel lockers are accessible 24 hours a day. The Goods will be stored in the parcel locker until the date specified in the text message and/or email by the logistics service provider. After this period, the Goods will be returned to the Seller. If the Buyer fails to collect the Goods within the specified period, the Buyer is obliged to cover the costs related to reshipping the Goods.

1.4.2. The Buyer is obliged to retain the text message referred to in Clause 1.4.1 until the end of the 14-day return period.

1.5. If the Buyer is unavailable at the provided address, the order may be handed to another adult at the location.

1.6. If delivery is not possible due to the Buyer’s fault (e.g., incorrect address), the order is canceled, and only the product cost is refunded (delivery fees are non-refundable).

1.7. If using courier delivery, the Buyer must confirm receipt with a signature.


2. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

2.1. If the Buyer is a consumer (a natural person purchasing for purposes other than business or professional activity), the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without providing any reason. In accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 "Rules on Distance Contracts," the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase or exchange the product within 14 calendar days of receipt.

2.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal or exchange, the Buyer must complete the return form at https://atgriesana.omniva.lv/ in Latvia, https://tagastus.omniva.ee/ in Estonia, https://grazinimai.omniva.lt/ in Lithuania, and provide the required personal and product details. For exchanges, please contact us at mdskapis@gmail.com. For international returns, a method to return the goods must be found by the Buyer (address for the returns: Brīvības street 155/3, Riga, Latvia, LV-1012). The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.

2.3. The right of withdrawal is considered valid if the Buyer submits the withdrawal request before the 14-day period expires. In case of disputes, the Buyer must provide documented proof of the withdrawal period.

2.4. After registering the withdrawal, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller's address: Brīvības 155/3, Rīga, LV-1012, within 14 days from receipt. The deadline is met if the product is sent or delivered back before the 14-day period expires.

2.5. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned product.

2.6. If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal in time, the Agreement is terminated and the Seller will refund the payment using the account details provided in the return form or by the original payment method if no account number is given.

2.7. If the Buyer clearly requested a different delivery method at the time of purchase that is not the standard cheapest option offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obligated to refund any additional delivery charges.

2.8. The Buyer shall bear all costs related to the return of the goods, except when choosing to return the goods on-site, which is free of charge. If the product cannot be returned via postal service or parcel locker due to its characteristics, the Buyer covers all associated costs.

2.9. The right of withdrawal applies under the following conditions:

  • The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging;

  • The product must not be damaged;

  • The product must not be used and retain its original commercial appearance (original labels attached, undamaged protective film, etc.);

  • The product must be returned in the same condition and completeness as received.

2.10. The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return if the deadlines are not met.

2.11. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the product's quality and safety during the withdrawal period. Any reduction in value due to improper use may affect the refund amount. The product must be returned with all accompanying documents and accessories.
